Quality Inn & Suites I-35 E/Walnut Hill

The pool was actually open when it said it would be. The front desk was helpful and professional when we checked in and when we left. Both guys made it easy to check in and check out. The guests were equally friendly, also traveling with kids, and it was great that our kids had time to make a quick connection.

I can say everything was great and my husband loved our room cause he could see the planes. Also, the manager on duty that was on duty when we checked in was very courteous.

I have stayed two times, once for 2 days at the beginning of my tour and another for one day at the end of my tour. They have a reasonably priced facility. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, supporting staff with all facilities from microwave to refrigerator. Parking for car was easy and all day coffee and sitting area for my guests in lobby. Well, it is understood from other reviewers comments that some clubs run nearby with ladies and sketchy people coming in and out, but that never bothered me and my wife. The second room we were provided 301 had a faulty lock system but that was ok for us even though the hotel were not able to fix neither did we leave any precious things when we moved in an out, but the room was better than the last. They have some renovations going on. N.B My last review was accidental which was supposed to be for another hotel

It was very clean place not run down at all. It wasn't in the best of neighborhoods but I felt very safe there parking lot was well lit

Loved the closed parking lot. Breakfast was great, good variety of foods offered. Overall a great experience. The pool and spa were very clean.
